Donor-Advised Fund

Support climate action through a Donor-Advised Fund (DAF).

A Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) is like a charitable savings account. This method provides a donor with the flexibility to make charitable contributions over time while enjoying tax benefits the year they contribute to their DAF. The fund is managed by a DAF custodian, and the donor has flexibility to recommend how much and how often to grant funding to Chesapeake Climate Action Network (CCAN) and other qualified charities.

If you have a DAF, you can recommend a grant, or recurring grants to Chesapeake Climate Action Network now to make an immediate impact. You can even set up planned giving by designating CCAN as a beneficiary, even 1% can make a real difference.
