Maryland students just keep getting more awesome (since I don’t normally get to work with them, I think I’m justified in being super-excited). After pounding the pavement for months to get support for the USM schools to go carbon neutral, they’re stepping up to the plate to help pass state legislation.
Now that Governor O’Malley has come on board, we’re rallying with him for a clean energy future… and then, students from all across the state are getting together to lobby their legislators, and make sure that this amazing climate legislation makes it to his desk by April.
